Here we support our clients in making large-volume commercial property investments. These clients include, in particular, institutional investors, private equity firms, family offices, financial institutions, private individuals, listed property companies, pension investors, and investors with a focus on a particular sector.
Our focus lies on the financing of office buildings, hotels, shopping centres, logistics and residential properties, as well as student apartments. In most cases, these are existing properties – in Europe, North America and Asia/Pacific.
